  • Strong communication skills across a range of audiences
  • Excellent project management experience coordinating the delivery of agreed outputs across a range of stakeholders, agreeing predestined outcomes.
  • Strong business skills including the ability to interrogate and challenge business cases
  • Budget holding experience demonstrating excellent resource management including reporting internally and to key stakeholders.
  • Experience of quality assurance and management across multiple partnerships and contracts
  • Track record of creating highly motivated and high performing teams.
  • Good understanding of local context, particularly working across different parts of the country.
  • Good understanding of and experience of working in the social enterprise and/or community business sectors
